"What is going on in Salt Lake City" said Albert Reizeker, the Director of Life Studies at The University of New England, "is an incredible shift in the way Americans are choosing to deal with their personal, physical and financial lives" Reizeker states "I have never seen anything like it"

"No longer is their only one game in town for those who truly desire the best that life has to offer" That is what Impact is all about. "It is truly amazing" said Reizeker.

"The Impact Trainings Programs are programs that have been built and designed on a common training practice called "LGAT" or Large Group Awareness Training, that has been active in the United States since the sixties. The Impact Trainings Program is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and has been continuously modified from the original LGAT model that was designed by the founder of EST, which is frequently taught by other LGAT training companies throughout the world. In order to train under a clearer and less-confrontational style than their peers throughout the World, Impact has fostered a program that caters to the specific audience that Impact Trainings has targeted in the United States including Utah and Surrounding Areas.

The Impact Trainings Programs are designed to create self empowerment in individuals regardless of their background or situation in life. Like all programs of this type, sometime it works and sometime it does not, but this investigative journalist and executive have empirical data to support the fact that this program is over 96.5% successful. The Impact Trainings programs have been attended by some of the Worlds leading politicians, Chief Executive Officers, Religious Leaders and various Prominent Individuals throughout the world.

Impact was started in 1985 by a couple named Hans and Sally Berger. The Bergers have created Impact to be autonomous, so that the vision that they have can be carried forward into future generations. Their personal involvement in the Impact Trainings program is limited at this time.

Like all other LGAT Programs, Impact is not without their critics. Impact has worked with tens of thousands of people throughout the world, and like all large corporations; Impact has certain people that consider themselves "Sideline Quarterbacks" who personally believe that their ideas or training methods "might" work better. To these people Impact does not react, and merely wishes those individuals well.

One thing that we have learned throughout this investigation is that The Impact Trainings are unique in this world. Each of the trainings that Impact offers is targeted toward a different aspect of life and is designed to empower the human spirit toward living a free, unconditional loving and joyful life. Impact provides professional facilitators that have been hand picked by the founders so that there is a safe environment for each student to discover and be their true selves.

Since Hans and Sally Berger began conducting their first training in 1985, they have had thousands of students from all over the world come through the training programs.

The Bergers stated "At first it was difficult in the early days of Impact" They continued, "Now it seems as though there is so much to do on a daily basis to support all of the students that we have worldwide, as they implement the training in their daily lives"

"At this time, Impact has no plans on expanding operations from it's Salt Lake City, Utah base" said Berger; although the company has received multiple offers of funding to expand from around the world.

Hans Berger, the Original Co-Founder of Impact stated "It is difficult to travel around the world as we do, without having someone come up to us and thank us for their training experience"

Berger continues "Even when completing their training years before, they are still living their dreams and experiencing the peace and joy that the Impact Trainings teach"

We interviewed an associate at Impact, Ward Bushman, and asked Mr. Bushman to explain how the training process works. Bushman explained that the initial training begins with Quest, where Impact students take a serious look at their lives and examine where they are currently and how they got there. They are provided with tools to "break through their walls" that have kept them living in their past so that they can then discover a free and joyful way of living.

Bushman then explained the next process. "Next comes Summit, where Quest Graduates are empowered to break free of their limiting fixed behaviors, healing the pain of their past, tuning into their life's purpose and moving forward with clarity and momentum"

He then concluded by stating that the Impact Students then are permitted to enroll in the "Lift-Off" program, where, as Bushman states "They gain the tools to permanently implement these changes in their life"

We also discussed the other programs that Impact has to offer the public. Some of which are Couples & Commitment and various other Youth, Teen, and Family trainings that have been designed to further the students training after graduating from the Lift Off Program.

Our conclusion is that the Impact Trainings Program is a safe and secure environment for individuals that are ready, willing and able to confront whatever it is that is keeping them from progressing in life.
